Lily pond blanket

Sophie is done so I needed another big project to fill the void 🙂

I’ve seen the lily pond blanket many times on Facebook. So beautiful.

I found a kit with all the yarn needed to make the blanket on woolwarehouse. Nice and easy.

I’m on part 2 right now and I’m loving it.

More pictures will follow.

My 4. Angle shawl

This is the 4. time I’ve made one of these beautiful shawls. I love the design and the feel of this amazing yarn. But the yarn is so thin and it feels like it takes forever to make. This time I’ve chosen these colors: mint, turquoise, dark turquoise, steel gray and a rusty red. I just can’t stop making these shawls. I think it’s the same virus as the virus shawl itself 🙂

The pattern is in Danish only:

The technique is the same as in the seagull shawl:

Brioshka shawl

You know I’m in love with the virus shawl. But I wanted to try something different with the wolltraum cake. I found this shawl on Pinterest. I couldn’t find an English pattern. But I found a chart. I had a little trouble figuring it out at first, but I got it. I really like it after I blocked it. And the color is just amazing like any of the wolltraum color combinations. This one is bailando 4 ply. The shawl is made with a 4 mm hook.

I can’t link to the chart because it’s mostly pictures directly on Pinterest. But if you search on Pinterest or google you’ll find it.

The yarn can be found here:

Fall poncho

So my niece asked if I could make her a poncho for her birthday. Normally I don’t take orders for crochet work, I’d rather only do projects that I’m passionate about. But I had the pattern for the fall poncho from bhooked and I wanted to try it. She asked for a granny stripe type of poncho but I hope she’ll like this one instead 🙂 I had a hard time photographing this one. The dark purple main color showed up almost black in many of the photographs. These were the best ones. The sun came out in the afternoon and I rushed upstairs with my camera.

I’m so happy with how it turned out. I might have to make another one for myself.
